REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All registrations received prior to Monday 28 March 2016 will be acknowledged via email. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. If you have not received confirmation of your registration within two weeks of registering, please contact Workz4U Limited, conferences@w4u.co.nz. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice.
ALTERATIONS
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing to the ASM Managers. Cancellations made by Monday 29 February 2016 will be refunded, less a 25% administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received. The hosts will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application however, substitute delegates will be accepted. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred.
PAYMENT
It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the Conference. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted. All prices are quoted and payments are to be made in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST).
CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER/BANK DRAFT
Please make payable to “Conference Trust Account – NZPS2016”. All payments must be in New Zealand dollars.
CREDIT CARDS
Amex, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement.
ONLINE BANKING
Please use delegates surname as a reference when transferring funds electronically. If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.

ONSITE REGISTRATION
If you have not registered by Monday 28 March 2016, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from Thursday 7 April 2016. Delegates who register onsite are not guaranteed Meeting documentation, a conference satchel or any inclusive social function tickets.
